The first view of Ford's next Kuga will be shown tomorrow at the Los Angeles Motor Show, writes Brian Byrne.
Based on the Vertrek concept (above) the car has a longer wheelbase and is wider than the current model.
It will be sold first as a Ford Escape, replacing that model in North America, and later in Europe as a new Kuga.
Like the Fiesta and new Focus, it is a 'world car' for Ford, selling globally with only minor detail and specification differences for local markets.
