The passenger model is a 3.2 LWB automatic 7-seater priced from €63,020 including VAT.
Mitsubishi say this is the strongest, quietest, safest and smartest Pajero ever built. It is also the most powerful vehicle in its class with power increased by 25 percent to 200bhp; torque is now up to 441Nm and the car has a towing capacity of up to 3,500kg (LWB). C02 emissions are 207g/km which means it is more efficient in returning up to 7.8 L/100kms (36.2mpg).
Pajero's Super Select 4WD system means that when it's not towing or driving off-road, you can simply deploy 2WD with the option to switch between the two at speeds of up to 100km/h.
Standard equipment includes ABS with EBD, electronic traction and stability control, driver/passenger/curtain and side airbags.
The new 3.2 Pajero commercial will be available in SWB and LWB versions. Prices start at €32,262 ex VAT but are inclusive of VRT of €200 for the SWB commercial. Cruise control, Bluetooth, remote central locking with keyless entry, front fog lights, roof rails and side steps are all offered as standard.
