Mercedes-Benz has released final details of the CLS Shooting Brake which goes on sale in RHD markets at the end of this year, writes Brian Byrne.
The car is a variant on the second generation CLS luxury coupe, a model that originated in 2004.
An optional feature of the Shooting Brake will be a designer wooden handrafted luggage floor, echoing the decking of a luxury yacht.
In practical terms the car offers load volumes between 590-1,550 litres.
Power will be from 2.1 and 3.0 diesel engines offering 204/265hp.
