The award was achieved from a field of some 25 tyre retailers nationwide.
Judges were RTE broadcaster and experienced motorist Ronan Collins, Automotive training expert Mark Richardson, and editor of the Tyre Trade Journal and motoring journalist, Padraic Deane. Each participant underwent stringent customer service testing through video-recorded mystery shop visits and recorded telephone audits.
The other shortlisted finalists in the 2012 competition were Global Tyres, Dundalk; Heffernan Tyres, Kildare town; Philip White Tyres, Armagh City; and Wicklow Tyre Services, Wicklow town.
