Lexus GS450h is business choice

The Lexus GS450h has been voted the Chambers Ireland Executive Car of the Year, as selected by the In Business editorial team, writes Trish Whelan.

The inaugural inBusiness Editor's Choice Awards recognises excellence in business over a wide variety of categories. The initiative was run in association with Chambers Ireland, Ireland's largest business organisation with 60 member chambers representing over 13,000 businesses nationwide.

Mark Teevan, MD of Lexus Ireland accepted the award on behalf of the team at Lexus. The GS450h was launched in June 2012 and offers C02 emissions and fuel economy rivalling any diesel competitors, but with the benefit of a refined and almost silent drive from the powerful hybrid system.

The car is the precursor of the new generation of Lexus hybrids to come.
