Available both in the 3-door pro_cee'd and the 5-door hatch formats, the GT cars will be powered by a special 204hp version of the company's 1.6 GDI petrol engine.
There will also be suspension improvements to cope with the increased perfomance, and external details to differentiate them from their standard siblings will include new grilles and lamp clusters, deeper bumpers, unique 18" alloy wheels, red brake calipers and special paint finishes.
Production begins at the company's Zilina plant in mid-May.
