Hyundai launch iPro car van

Hyundai has launched a van version of its i30 3-door hatch called the iPro, writes Trish Whelan.

The price is €16,995 which includes VAT.

Hyundai Ireland plan to sell a minimum of 250 units this year and up to 450 next year.

The car is very competitive in price against the competitor Focus and Golf vans and comes with a higher level of specification as standard. Bluetooth is among the standard features and the iPro like all Hyundai commercial vehicles has a 3-year / 100,000 km warranty.

National Fleet Manager Darragh Brennan said the company plans that 10-12 of their dealers will become dedicated commercial vehicle dealerships for fleet customers, but individual small business buyers will also be able to order the iPro through their local dealer.

Hyundai are planning to introduce three new compact, medium and large sized vans within two years.
