Ford Tourneo Connect

Ford's all-new five-seat Tourneo Connect and seven-seat Grand Tourneo Connect people movers are now available to order for delivery late this year, writes Trish Whelan.

Both offer best-in-class flexibility from versatile seating, stowage and dual sliding side doors; fuel efficient powertrains, and class-unique technologies including Active City Stop and Ford SYNC.

Full pricing and range details for Ireland will be announced when the vehicle arrives. The premium Titanium model will offer dual-zone climate control, panoramic roof and integrated roof rails as standard features.

The full powertrain line-up includes the 1.0 EcoBoost petrol engine (five-seat Tourneo Connect only), 1.6 Duratorq TDCi diesel with a choice of 75, 95 and 115hp versions, and the 150hp 1.6 EcoBoost petrol engine with six-speed automatic transmission.

These Tourneo Connect models are produced at Ford's state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Valencia, Spain.
