Three grades will be offered; XE, SV and SVE.
The new B-segment car will be followed in the next 18 months by a new Qashqai, and X-Trail and a compact hatch.
The Note will have three engines including a 3-cylinder 1.2 80hp petrol and a 1.5 90hp diesel. The petrol will be in Tax Band A3 of €190 while the diesel is in Band A2 of €180.
It will compete against Fiesta, Yaris, Polo and Clio.
