A high performance version of the Peugeot RCZ, dubbed the 'R', will be shown at the Frankfurt Motor Show in two weeks' time, writes Brian Byrne.
The car will be powered by a 270hp 1.6 turbocharged petrol engine which can accelerate it to 100km/h in less than six seconds.
The RCZ R will have a lower suspension and a number of visual enhancements to signal its special capabilities.
