S-Cross attracts dealer enquiries

The very positive publicity from the launch of the Suzuki SX4 S-Cross test drive in the UK by Irish motorists who attended has resulted in a number of approaches being made for the franchise by Irish dealers from all over the country, writes Trish Whelan.

The new S-Cross crossover will go on sale here in Ireland from 10 October. It is being marketed here as a family car alternative.

It will be available in 2WD and AWD versions with 120hp 1.6 petrol and diesel engines.C02 bands are A3-B1 and three grades are offered. It will have a high degree of standard equipment including seven airbags, ESP, Bluetooth and cruise control.

Prices start at €19,995.
