Easytrip tag makes for smooth shopping season

As families gear up for the mid-term break and start of winter time from 27 October, motoring specialist easytrip has reminded busy parents that shopping expeditions can be a lot simpler - and quicker - with an easytrip tag.

This tag allows motorists to drive into car parks around Ireland without having to stop and take a ticket. When it's time to leave, customers go straight to their car and drive to the exit where the barrier lifts automatically without first having to even approach the paystation.

The easytrip tag can be used to access more than 10,000 spaces at 22 secure city-centre parks in Dublin, Belfast, Cork and Limerick. The fee is automatically deducted from your easytrip account. It also means you don't have to delay or queue in car parks after dark.

The tag can also be used to drive through express lanes at toll plazas around Ireland and at the M50 toll, saving €1 every time. Easytrip is the only company in Ireland that provides a combined tolling/parking tag.

Customers with easytrip toll only accounts, can switch on easytrip's parking service through their account by logging onto www.easytrip.ie or by contacting easytrip directly at Lo call 1890 67 67 68. The full list of easytrip car parks is on their website www.easytrip.ie
