This CrossBlue Concept shown by Volkswagen at the Shanghai Motor Show may showcase a look for a new 5-seat crossover/SUV from the German carmaker, writes Brian Byrne.
Although the concept has a 415hp plug-in hybrid engine, any production version of the mid-sized car would probably use the standard range of engines already familiar in the passenger cars.
More interesting is the style effect of the CrossBlue, which would see a shift from the current boxy look of compact crossovers like the Tiguan.
