Tom wins Peugeot Sales Challenge 2013

Tom O'Connor, Sales Director at Mongey Plunkett Motors, Main Peugeot Dealers, North Road in Dublin has been awarded the Peugeot Sales Person of the Year 2013 title.

Following an eight-month Sales Challenge, the top 15 Peugeot Sales Executives in the country were brought to Stuttgart to take in the sights and to enjoy the Cannstatter Volksfest Beer Festival. Tom was announced as the overall winner at a Gala Dinner and was presented with his trophy and a €600 voucher for white goods from Kitchen Accessories Limited.

Tom was recognised by Peugeot for his 'outstanding performance' in sales and marketing of new and used Peugeot cars and LCVs. His biggest selling model this year was the new Peugeot 208 (Continental Irish Small Car of the Year 2013) followed closely by the 508 (Continental Irish Family Car of the Year 2012).

Tom, from Glasnevin and a former pupil of Belvedere College, is celebrating 24 years at Mongey Plunkett Motors this month.

Colin Sheridan, National Sales Manger at Gowan Distrib utors Limited, Peugeot Importers in Ireland congratulated Tom for leading his team at Mongey Plunkett Motors to achieve their sales targets in 2013.
