New 308 SW revealed
Peugeot has revealed first images of the wagon version of its new 308, the SW, writes Brian Byrne.
It looks sleek and sporty, and when the rear seats are folded there's a perfectly flat floor in the 4.6-metre vehicle, built on the same new platform as the new 308 and the Citroen C4 Picasso series.
Like the hatchback, the 308 SW is 140kg lighter than its predecessor.
A range of Euro 6 petrol and diesel engines will include a new BlueHDi version emitting just 85g/km of CO2.
The car will debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March and go on sale in initial markets in the spring.
