McCoy Motors celebrate SEAT dealership

McCoy Motors on the Lucan Bypass in Liffey Valley, Dublin, was transformed into a Spanish carnival last Thursday, officially celebrating their appointment as a dealer for SEAT, writes Trish Whelan. The new SEAT Leon Sports Tourer was a special 'guest'.

Pictured at the official appointment were Munster Rugby player and McCoy Motors SEAT brand ambassador James Downey; Art McCoy Dealer Principal of McCoy Motors; Director of SEAT Ireland, Cian O’Brien, and Doug Howlett SEAT and Munster Rugby ambassador. Brand ambassador Anna Daly and Rick O'Shea from RTE 2FM were also in attendance.

A strong sporting theme of the evening had horse racing legend Ted Walsh hosting a Q & A session with the panel of stars which also included Paul Casey and Sean Newcombe from the local Lucan Sarsfields GAA club.

McCoy Motors were appointed sales and aftersales dealers for the SEAT brand just before Christmas. McCoy Motors are synonymous with the motor industry in the Dublin and Leinster areas. Dealer Principal Art McCoy is looking forward to working with the SEAT team and showcasing the range to their customers.
