The car gets some features to distinguish it from the mainstream vehicle, with the lion motif moved to the grille, 19" wheels in a design specific to the GT, and LED headlights. A laquered black rear diffuser and twin tailpipes complete the overall look, while the GT signature badge is found on a number of panels.
Inside there are details which remind the occupants that they're in a special version of the car, including red stitching on the seats and trim, and a distinctive red and black theme to the large touchscreen that's an element in almost all 308s.
A Driver Sport Pack, standard on the GT, includes an amplified and more-sporty engine noise and a red instrument panel that displays power and torque delivered. There's a firmer and more responsive power steering, more responsive accelerator pedal mapping and more responsive operation of the automated manual gearbox, with steering wheel-mounted paddles.
The car is lower and has a more sporty suspension.
Full specifications will be revealed at the show and the 308 GT is scheduled for first deliveries in January 2015.
