Three Audi Service teams from across the country will compete at the very first national final of the Audi Twin Cup later this month, writes Trish Whelan.
The competition recognises excellence among Audi's service advisers and technicians by testing their diagnostics and repair competence, and their ability in customer service and support.
The Twin Cup, in its eleventh international year, drew 75 teams from 38 countries to the 2014 world final.
For the past six months, Service teams from every Audi dealership in Ireland have been participating in Audi Twin Cup competition challenges to test their skills.
The qualifying teams – from Audi North Dublin, Audi Athlone and Audi Cork – will progress to the national final, to be held at Audi Ireland’s Liffey Valley headquarters on Saturday next, 28 March.
The winners of the national final will represent the country at the Audi Twin Cup world championship final this summer.
Close and efficient cooperation between service advisers and technicians is the primary determining factor in winning the top award.
