Mercedes-Benz revealed details of its new E-Class All-Terrain wagon a couple of days ago, and we’ll be seeing it in the metal at Paris this week, writes Brian Byrne.
Due for market launch in the spring of next year, this latest variant of the E-Class comes with AWD as standard and an increased ground clearance.
A version of the MB grille sets this off as being closer to the brand’s SUV offerings than its standard passenger cars.
The All-Terrain will be launched as an E 220 d 4MATIC with 194hp and this will be followed by a 6-cylinder diesel engine. Both models come with a 9-speed automatic transmission as standard.
