The car will be available to order from mid-November with five engine variants, three turbocharged petrol and two diesels. Power options will range from 190-252hp.
The new car is lighter and more nimble than its predecessor, which was first launched in 2007.
There will be two trim levels, both with a higher level of equipment than on the outgoing car. These include Xenon headlights with LED daytime running lights, LED rear lights and an LED interior light pack.
A 3-month free trial of Audi Connect will be provided to new owners.
