Renault donates New Megane to Pieta House
Pieta House was founded in 2006 and now has services and centres right across Ireland. It offers free counselling to those suffering from suicidal ideation, those who have been bereaved by suicide, and people who are engaging in self-harm. Staff are fully qualified and provide a professional one-to-one therapeutic service.
Pieta House CEO Brian Higgins will make use of the Megane as he travels all over Ireland to visit the Pieta House centres, the latest of which is to open in Letterkenny in Co Donegal, by mid-May. The car is branded with the charity's logo and it will act as a 'vehicle' to raise awareness of Pieta House.
Renault Ireland's Country Operations Manager Patrick Magee, said the company 'is delighted to be in a position to lend its support to such a worthy charity as Pieta House and hopes the new Megane Grand Coupe will benefit the amazing work that they do'.
Pieta House has helped more than 28,000 people since its doors first opened 11 years ago.
