They will be built on the company's MEB (Modular Electric Toolkit) platform (above), which is for non premium cars.
The Audi brand will also be producing vehicles on the premium electric car platforms developed by the group including the Audi e-tron. Porsche and Audi are also developing a joint EV platform.
