Design details of next XJ will be incorporated in all brand models

The new all-electric Jaguar XJ luxury saloon due for reveal before the end of the year will feature design details that will be filtered back though all the company's cars range, writes Brian Byrne.

The car will be the first on the brand's new MLA platform, specifically designed to support a range of electrification options. It is expected to carry almost all of the models in the Jaguar Land Rover lists as they are redesigned.

The XJ is expected to be available later as a hybrid model.

The next revision of the E-Pace is expected to feature the design cues of the XJ.
