No Koup for Europe

There are no plans to bring it to Europe, but this is Kia's first two-door sports coupe. In their now trademark mangling of the English language, they've called it the Koup.



The car was launched at the recent New York Auto Show, and in markets where it will sell, there's a choice of 2.0 and 2.4 petrol engines.

Echoes of the Hyundai Coupe, anyone? If there's a lift in world automotive fortunes, maybe those non-plans for Europe might change?
