Patrick McElligott, managing director, McElligott’s, says having first aid equipment to hand is a necessity when playing rugby or any sport.

The defibrillator and training for Castleisland Rugby Club was provided by the Irish Red Cross, which trains people all over Ireland in a variety of first aid courses as well as defibrillation.
