The EN-V is a 2-seat electric car concept which the company says will 'remove the motor vehicle from the environmental debate'. It is designed to alleviate concerns about traffic congestion, parking availability, and air quality.
It also has a top speed of just 17mph. But GM says that's way above the average 8mph speed of typical city driving.
And the name? It stands for Electric Networked Vehicle and the concepters say it will 'talk' to other cars about traffic jams, diversions and anything else that might cause issues in getting to work or play.
We think, though, that they'll really have to do something about city potholes before these come along.
