Ford's new Transit Custom has been selected as International Van of the Year 2013, writes Brian Byrne from the Hannover Commercial Vehicle Show. It gained 117 out of a possible 133 marks from the international jury of specialist writers.
The new medium van from the blue oval was concepted at the Geneva Motor Show and it goes on sale in Ireland in November
Yesterday at the Hannover show, Ford outlined its plans for bringing the Transit brand global, with four different size groups as Transit Courier, Transit Connect, Transit Custom and Transit.
