Paulo is a Chartered Engineer and joined the BMW Group in 1997. He spent the first 10 years in engineering delivering projects including Range Rover, MINI Hatch and MINI Convertible. He joined BMW UK in May 2007. His current role in BMW Marketing as General Manager, Marketing Communications, in August 2010.
