Dacia Ireland have announced pricing and specification for the top-of-the-range Signature Prime special edition versions of the Sandero, Duster and Logan MCV, writes Trish Whelan.
These models feature an exclusive colour scheme and are being introduced to mark 10 years since the Romanian brand re-launched in Europe in 2005. They are available for an extra €700 over the existing Signature versions.
All special editions are finished in Cosmos Blue metallic paint, reflected inside with blue fabric inserts on the front and rear seats, blue detailing on the floor mats and blue seat belts. They also get dark metal alloy wheels and dark metal grey door mirror shells, as well as the latest MediaNav Evolution multimedia system, re-designed with a full colour menu screen (with access to navigation, infotainment and hands-free telephone services) with Apple's SIRI voice recognition function and TMC live traffic information. You can now access the AHA cloud platform via a free smartphone app.
All features on the standard Signature versions are carried over - like climate control, cruise control with speed limiter, heated and electrically adjustable door mirrors, all electric windows, central locking and, on the Duster, satin chrome roof bars, side sills and front and rear scuff plates as well as ESC and ASR (traction control).
Signature Prime versions of the Sandero and Logan MCV are available with the 0.9 TCe 90 and 1.5 dCi 90, while the Duster Signature Prime comes with the 1.5 dCi 110 engine in two- and four-wheel-drive configurations.
Prices are from €13,790 for the Sandero TCe 90, to €20,890 for the Duster Signature Prime dCi 110 4x4. Signature Prime versions come with a 3 year/100,000km warranty as standard. The Dacia range is available from €99 per month through Dacia Finance.
These Signature Prime versions will be in dealerships from 13 April.
