Opel has released teaser images of the new Astra, writes Trish Whelan.
The new model is sharper, more technical and more eye catching than before with a new front face Vizor inspired by the high-performance Opel Corsa GSE Vision Gran Turismo concept car.
Sharp and precise contours are characteristic for the front. The characteristic brand face will be slimmer than before with the Opel Blitz emblem illuminated for the first time in an Astra.
Opel describe the new Astra as being more modern, attractive and comfortable.
Production will begin next year.
