Over 500 people attended the public launch of the new Audi A6 at the 02 Arena in Dublin last night.
Ben Collins, the former 'Stig' from Top gear unveiled the new car. At the launch, Andrew Doyle, Director of Audi Ireland, said this seventh generation Audi is one of the sportiest business sedans in the premium segment.
The car has been redesigned from the ground up with weight saving construction techniques, engine efficiency measures, chassis developments and in-car technological innovations.
Irish A6 orders can now be placed with first deliveries in April. The car is priced from €43,300.
Earlier yesterday Ben (pictured above) took part in a time trial at Mondello Park against some of Ireland's sport celebrities including rugby analyst Brent Pope, TV presenter Dermot Bannon and RTE sport commentator George Hamilton. Unfortunately, we don't know who recorded the best time ... but we can guess!
