The IGL will be responsible for transporting Continental Tyre Group products (including Continental, Semperit, Uniroyal and Barum branded tyres) to customers across the island of Ireland from Continental's UK distribution centre.
Paddy Murphy of Continental Tyres Ireland said 'with their expertise in supply chain management and their state-of-the-art technology systems, IGL are the ideal partner for Continental in Ireland'.
Continental Tyre Group staff in Ireland will have the use of dedicated office space at the IGL headquarters in Swords, Co Dublin.
IGL operates an owned and contracted fleet of over 100 trucks and 80 vans in Ireland delivering several thousand consignments every day.
